Thriving on Nature's Terms

The path of wellness- in our bodies, our families, our communities- is simple.

It's Nature's path.

She leads the way and way and all we need to do is learn to understand her messages.

Other ways will appear to work, but their results are temporary and the consequences are severe.

If you've been pursuing balance and it feels too hard or you're not seeing the results of your efforts, you're most likely standing in your own way by going against Nature's way.

Luckily, correcting course is simple and intuitive.

No Matter Who, No Matter Where....

...you are subject to the rhythms and laws of Nature.

You can live in conflict with them

- as we've all been raised to do-

or you can follow their lead and watch obstacles dissolve.

Here are some of the primary methods I use to support and deepen

your re-integration with the Elements:

Four Bodies

Every course tends to your emotional, mental and spiritual bodies as well as the physical. Nature makes no distinction between these and we can only heal wholly by tending them all together.

Sacred Maps

The Wheel of the Year (this one by Inuit artist Kenojuak Ashevak) and the Yin/Yang are ancient guides that show us so much about Nature's ways and are present in all of my teachings.

Plant Medicine

Plants are elders who carry the messages of the land to those who know how to listen. Communing with them in nature and in the kitchen nurtures wellness and balance at a cellular level.

Life is cyclical, not linear.

The linear path is at odds with the magic and wonder of life, yet many of us know no other way.

Re-entering the circle is a homecoming.

Without the rules and fears of the 'straight and narrow' linear way, suddenly there is space for your full, complex, contradictory, magnificent self.
